About us

At Hope Stone Counseling, we believe that reaching out for support is a sign of strength- not weakness.

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re carrying things that others may not see. You don’t have to navigate those moments alone.

Hope Stone Counseling was created to provide a safe, welcoming space where you can slow down, feel heard, and work through the challenges you’re facing without judgment.

We meet each person where they are and believe that therapy should be a collaborative experience built around your individual needs, goals, and story.

Our approach is compassionate, practical, and person-centered.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, trauma, or simply feeling stuck,

we’re here to help you better understand yourself, develop healthy coping skills, and move toward the life you want.

We work with adolescents and adults and are committed to creating an environment where you can be honest, vulnerable, and fully yourself.

“I became a therapist because I believe there is hope even in the hardest seasons of life. I recognized a need for greater mental health support and education, and I wanted to create a space where people could feel heard, understood, and never alone. It is an honor to walk alongside others as they find their way toward healing and peace.”
